南臺科技大學學生校外賃居服務計畫
依據
一、教育部98年5月15日台軍(二)字第0980083794A號函辦理。
二、依據本校校外賃居學生生活輔導實施要點辦理。
目的
為關懷及照顧校外賃居學生，發揮學校組織功能，匯集整體力量，提供良好校外賃居環境，以有效輔導校外賃居學生促使其保持正常之生活習慣，防範意外事件發生，以維護學生安全，訂定「南臺科技大學校賃居學生服務計畫」，提供校外賃居學生服務與關懷，使學生安心求學。
服務對象
一、本校日夜間部全體學生
二、目前暫以居於永康、仁德、歸仁等地區賃居生為主，均納入編組予以輔導。
服務項目
一、關懷訪視校外賃居學生
二、學生校外賃居房舍消防住屋安全認證
三、校外賃居社區安全防治合作
四、外賃居安全防護措施
五、協助處理校外寄宿生租賃問題暨糾紛處理
六、輔導各班校外寄宿生小組長
七、校外賃居資訊電腦化
八、拜訪校外房東並作租賃處所現地評估
九、校外賃居社區互助合作

Purpose
For concern and take care of students that rent house outside of school,
give scope to functions of school organization, put together of group strength,
offer good environment of renting house and coaching students that rent house
outside for precipitating maintain regular lifestyle. Keep a look out of
accident occurred, to maintain students’ safety. Setting Service of renting
house plan in southern Taiwan university of science and technology provides
students that rent house outside feel being concerned and make students feel
safety to study in the school .
Target group
1 All students that study in this school
2.Currently
that lives in Yong Kang, Rende, Gueiren and tainan temporary, all included in
coaching.
